Pull existing Aha! records into whiteboards in bulk

Currently you can create new ideas from whiteboard elements. You can also paste the URL from existing releases, epics, features, and ideas into a whiteboard to create a record.

It would be great to be able to do this in bulk to make it easier to collaborate with the team on planning exercises, etc.

We are excited to share that it is now possible to add records to a whiteboard in bulk! From the Features board, Feature prioritization list, Ideas prioritization list, or a list report, click the Export icon in top right > Add to whiteboard as shapes. This creates a new personal whiteboard with interactive record cards for features, epics, and ideas. If you would like to move this personal whiteboard to a workspace, navigate to the More options menu in the top right, and select Move note.

Gonna add my +1 to Leanne's comment. We currently use Miro for whiteboarding, and when I was demo-ing Aha!'s whiteboard to our product planning folks, the first question was "can we import existing ideas into the whiteboard?" I guess it's their biggest gripe with using Miro and would definitely be a factor to switching to the Aha! whiteboard.

Suggest we add the capability to
    1) Display the reference number AND the Name of the idea, initiative, issue, etc.

    2) Select individual or multiple records to pull into the whiteboard

Agree with Leanne, with out this integration this is just another whiteboard tool with no advantage over another.

This functionality would honestly be necessary to make this new feature truly functional for our organization. We currently use Mural and have to cut and paste features into cards on a Mural board to prioritize them in our quarterly product planning meetings. If we could do this directly in Aha and not have to cut/paste or type the features in manually, we wouldn't need a second tool.
