Ability to move default required fields on a layout

Currently the default required fields for a layout like 'Organization' and 'idea name' as the first field at the top of an ideas layout. We have usecases where other fields like idea categories to be places before the idea name after the workspace name. The current restrictions does not allow us to move these fields where we want them. Need the ability to move these default required fields on a layout as needed
