Support Prefix/Ref ID in type ahead for Goals and Release fields on features and epics

When I am adding goals or releases to a feature/epic, I want to be able to type ahead with the ref ID or prefix to find the record I am looking for. This is already supported on the Initiative field. Release field provides prefix, but Goals field provides neither prefix or Ref ID.

Problem this solves:

• When adding a goal or release I may not know the exact name, but might know the workspace it belongs to or the ref ID.
