Hiding Record ID from Initiative Drop Down in Epic (or other record)
Hello.
I would like to be able to hide the record ID from the drop down of the Initiative field in an Epic or other record type. It is not easy to read the list of initiatives, and most people are not calling a project (initiative) by an auto-generated number but rather refer to the project by a name.

We would also very much like to see this as an available option. Alternatively, the option to configure it to display as follows would also be beneficial:
Record Name (Record Reference #)
Currently it is configured to display as the following:
Record Reference # Record Name
The problem with this is that is is configured to sort by Record Name and so the results look out of order due to the way data is displayed in this drop down. This also becomes especially problematic when you are looking at records that have been moved from one workspace to another and you end up with selection items that confuse end users.
