Allow for creation of Custom Fields that are a relationship to "Teams"

Aha allows for the creation of Custom Fields as "record relationships" with many objects, but doesn't include relationship to Teams. As we start using Demand/Capacity, creating relationships with Teams would be very valuable to allow for flexibility in how we impact Teams in addition to the use of the Advanced Estimate feature.

Allow for creating custom fields that are a relationship to Teams object

Why: Currently cannot create a custom field or otherwise reference a team outside of the estimate. We'd like to be able to treat teams like any other object and be able to create custom fields to reference them outside of estimates.
