Better capacity planning feedback

The ability to a capacity and monitor feature work against capacity is very useful but there are some small issues that prevent you from just monitoring the progress bar.

• The story points for Requirements marked will not implement are still counted as works that needs to be done for the overall release progress.

• If you click to find out how many story points of remaining work you are over capacity it includes story points that are completed. So if you team over performs by 30 points but is still 5 points short of the target features it will show you have 35 points of remaining work and not 5. Both numbers are helpful but right now you only see one of the 2.

• Sometimes remaining work is not set to 0 even when a story/requirement is completed. We use integration with JIRA so this might be an issue with JIRA integration. When this happens the total remaining work for the release is too high. I have to manually use reports to find the requirements that are ready to ship but have feature remaining work. Than I can manually transition them between in development and back to ready to ship to resolve.

If these small issues were addressed you really could easily and quickly monitor release progress and capacity from the features board view.
