Possibility to promote an idea to a requirement Merged

Many ideas we get via the idea portals from our customers are quite small, too small for a feature. In this case we create a feature which contains many requirements (we call the requirements "stories" to be conform to SAFE). At the moment there is no possibility to promote an idea directly to a requirement. So we have to promote the ideas at first to a feature and then convert it to a story. This is quite time consuming if you have many small requirements. Therefore it would be nice to have the possibility to promote ideas directly to requirements.
