"Select all" and "Select section" options

It's a huge waste of time—not to mention a major source of errors, omissions, and frustration—to have to manually click every single thing I want to be part of a roadmap, table, report, etc. "Select all" and "Selection section" options, and their concomitant deselection options, would alleviate this infuriating pain point.

Thank you Jason. I can understand now how this would be a frustrating experience. We will explore updating these drop downs to allow select all/select section options.

Thanks for the additional context Jason. Which roadmap are you using?

For context, if I want to create a roadmap for the work in one of my workspaces, that's a couple of dozen feature sets and well over a hundred stories... all of which I have to click individually. If I want to do it for my entire product line, that's 100+ feature sets and 500+ stories. It's just awful UX.

My primary use case isn't a report; I'm mainly just trying to create and maintain roadmaps.

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. We try to provide select all and select section options in filters since it is likely that you would want to select many different values when filtering data. We have not done the same yet in the report builder because it seems less likely to need every field included in a report. That said, I can see how this would be frustrating in the use case where you do need everything.

Can you share more about the types of reports you are building and how you are using the reports that include all of the fields? Thanks!
