Advanced estimate across time for capacity for teams

Should have the ability to allocate estimates across the timeline of the initiative, otherwise it gets "lumped" up front in the capacity report and misrepresents team capacity.
This is a problem for us also. You can drill into the 'over capacity' element and visually see by the numbers that they are in fact within capacity but it is a total pain. The system should be able to split this work automatically over the available time, with the aha editor having some kind of manual override process to move things into specific days I would say.
