Report on advanced capacity estimate roll-up setting

When verifying team capacity estimates across records, we want to report whether the initial estimate is being set at the record level or rolled up from child records to help drive consistency.

ncluding this setting in a report would allow us to easily see if and where the setting is not consistent so would save a great deal of time vs. manual checks of each capacity estimate.

Allow the setting to be a reportable field on the capacity estimate record so it is easy to find any exceptions.
