Provides visibility to web viewers when a report in a workbook was last updated as reports within a presentation might be updated on different time tables based on need. Would also allow for insight into versions if pdf versions are saved.

There is currently an idea to include "Workspace" in the card layout. I would also like to be able to customize the card color by workspace (and probably other options as well).

Currently when deactivating a user, the user then becomes 'greyed' out. This isn't readily obvious due to coloring, resolution, etc. Suggestion is to clearly annotate the user with a Joe Smith - Deactivated or something similar
