Show release month as "January" rather than "2017-01" in pivot report

When showing the release month in a pivot report, it appears in the form "2017-01" rather than "January". This makes the table more difficult to read and equate with real months as people know them.

Change Master Feature Prefix

The Prefix for all Master Features is 'E', this is a suggestion to change this globally to M to align with the default terminology. EG PRODUCT-E-123 should be PRODUCT-M-123 instead.
