Support "service account" user with no email inbox support

I have workspace integrations in Rally from Aha. While Aha will authenticate using service account during Rally integration setup, the web hook for automatic updates runs under the Aha account used to setup the integration. In order to setup an account in Aha, the user has to authenticate via an email inbox. Not all service accounts are associated to an inbox making this a non-viable solution.
