Add Release Phase to custom feature card

Release phase is not currently a field that can be added to a feature card. When release phases are used extensively to categorize features, it would be a big benefit to be able to add the release phase to the feature card.

Allow admins control which portal portal ideas are created in through the Zendesk integration

Make idea portal UI responsive
