Add Column Button Should not close Column Picker

As an Aha! user

I need to be able to build a report by adding columns to the report and do not want to have to reopen the Column picker after each column I add

so that I can more quickly customize my reports.

Right now every time I add a column by clicking the "Add Column" button the Columns picker closes- really annoying- could be solved with an "add and close" button and and "add" button.  Or changing current function to just add not add/close and we then use the existing X to close the column picker at a time of our choosing.
