Don't show abandoned releases within the Starter Roadmap
Completed releases don't show in the started roadmap so why would abandoned releases? They are adding noise to our display, annoyingly so where we are considering marking them as "shipped" to remove them from various lists.

Update so that when responses to e-mails are captured against the comments of a record (be it idea feature etc).
At present:
* My colleague creates an idea.
* I create a comment against that idea. That then sends an alert to my colleague.
* My colleague responds to that comment via e-mail. However this is not captured against the idea.
