At present:
* My colleague creates an idea.
* I create a comment against that idea. That then sends an alert to my colleague.
* My colleague responds to that comment via e-mail. However this is not captured against the idea.
At this point with existing functionality this would need to be copied and pasted into a comment section.
Can this be changed so it automatically creates a record in the comments section.
Thank you for your idea. This is currently possible. By default, any comment notifications sent will include the ability to respond to add a comment. You will see the message "Reply to this message and your response will be added to the idea." This will be overridden, however, if the reply to email address is customized for the ideas portal. Removing the custom reply to email address will re-enable this functionality.
