It would be helpful to be able to view 'Features' within an 'Epic' in the same way we view 'Requirements' within a 'Feature'; as list with similar functions such as reordering, expanding, etc.

We had a situation where a colleague accidentally did a bulk update on our Epics moving them from one Initiative to another. We understand this happens. As a safety net, we would expect notifications to be sent to the watchers. This did not happen...
