Ability to bulk opt-out existing portal users from idea notifications
When an Admin user turns on email notifications for the Ideas portal, we would like the option to default disable/turn off email notifications for existing portal users. This takes an Opt-In approach, which is compliant with GDPR Privacy Regulations.
