Future consideration
When an idea has been promoted to an Initiative, allow the initiative status to drive the idea status.
Similar to how when an idea is promoted to a feature, the feature status can drive the idea status in the portal.
Allow a similar status mapping to exist between initiatives and ideas.

Map idea category to responsible PM to automatically assign new ideas
I can currently accomplish this use case by creating an automation rule for every category/PM combination, which is very difficult to administrate. A table for managing the category assignment would make the automation much simpler to manage

On the Features Board, you can add a Workspace filter. However, since only records from a single workspace can be displayed, this is not helpful. It would be a better user experience to hide the workspaces filters.
