When "Create Related Idea" make Idea status "New" or "Needs Review" and Link it to Originating Object

Currently, when a "create related idea" function is used, the system assumes that the intent is to create an idea that is promoted to the originating Object (Initiative, Epic or Feature). However, this assumption has limited application since most people who already have a feature created rarely need to create an idea to track it.

Instead, and to make this more useful, when "create related idea" is done, keep the Idea in the "New" or "Needs Review" status, and Link the idea to the originating object (Initiative, Epic or Feature) using the "Related to" link. This is the most common use of the "create related idea" function that we have in our company, and I assume with others.
