Resize boxes on user story map to show all text for steps, epics and features

Currently the user story map does not resize the boxes for steps, epics and features to show all of the text. It would be helpful to be able to see all of the text for each box on the screen and when exporting to PNG, PDF, or a presentation.

Ability to view and edit "people" without having to go to a capacity report

Currently the only way to edit "people" is to go to their team in the config, or via a capacity report. eg change their schedule. It would seem to make more sense to see this data in the users profile (with the correct permissions).
