Make search box permanently visible

When searching for off references using the global search behind the magnifying glass, clicking to open it every time is tedious. why not make it permanently available without having to open it everytime?

Filters should get pushed to the URL so filtered queries can easily be shared

While this tracks the idea of saved filters, just pushing the filters to the URL would be a huge step forward. It then allows someone to share a view where you might be filtering by "Master Feature" and "status".
