With the 'Notes' tab, have colour formatting option on text

With the formatting of notes, could we have colour formatting possible so that critical items or lines of text can stand out especially when displayed in the Notebook eg: budget overruns, critical issues etc.

Email notification prettyname

The pretty name for the email that is used to send notifications is "Aha!" by default. What is the plan to support account name or a custom pretty name. This is critical from a branding standpoint. Thanks

Public comments count AND private comments count

"comments count" field in list screen should actually be 2 different fields. "Public comments count" and "Private Comments Count"
