Weekly Roadmapping Digest : Release Status

If possible, please show the release status in these emails.  We often create a release as a placeholder, but scoping and planning for the release takes longer than a week -- so the roadmapping digest email is delivered containing release dates that aren't sensible. This leads to many questions and false assumptions about release dates.

We can address this with custom status / workflow on releases -- but only if the release status is included in the email template.

    Here is a summary of changes:

    • One email that will consolidate all of your weekly summary emails

    • A new section summarizing your upcoming tasks

    • Product summary with release status

    • A brand new design

    I'd also like to see the list of 'To dos' include the associated feature listed against each of these tasks, so it's clear which features have outstanding work.
