Need time frames to be customizable at workspace level

I have a huge list of time frames at account level. I only need a few of these to be seen in my workspaces but cannot edit this without affecting other workspaces.

Can we prepare a shareable project intake form based off of the fields of workspace/epics/activities/todos? (instead of import option).

Can I (as an admin) turn off alerts for an entire workspace?

We had some instances where we needed to turn off alerts for the entire workspace/epics/ activities. It was too much distraction for the users until I am ( as a project manager) done with planning.
