Share the list of value among different custom fields

We have some custom fields that are replicated for Epic, Feature and Requirement (e.g. Area Path for the integration with Azure DevOps).

They have a long list of values we need to replicate and maintain three times instead of one.

It would be perfect if it could be possible to maintain this list of value once and link this to different items (like it is possible for Scorecards).

Consider we are forced to use Editable Choice List field to enable bi-directional integration and for this type of field bulk edit is not available, so the maintenance its time consuming.
