Bulk edit approvers to existing records in list report

Currently we can bulk edit to e.g. add and remove tags to records in a list report. At times we need to add and remove approvers to a number of records, but currently this can only be done manually and is very time consuming.

Bring Back gantt phase/milestone hover

When in the gantt chart, users used to be able to hover over the phase or milestone to see the date. In the last update this went away, but was super helpful for users to see when items are to see the specific date.
