In the dashboard, I want to have several pie charts, showing status of initiatives and features for this quarter & next - so that it is easy to see at a glance how initiatives and features are progressing. I've been able to setup colors manually in the charts, but I find that as the number of statuses being displayed change (as they naturally will from week to week, month to month), the usage of color changes too. I'd like a way to have a particular status (for example 'on track' or 'at risk' always be the same color. Currently, the color for 'on track' or 'at risk' can change each week. I can't even keep it consistent between two side by side charts - green may be displayed as 'at risk' in one chart and in the very next chart the same color is 'on track'.
Secondly, it would be really helpful to have this 'same/consistent' color be the same as what's defined in the 'status and workflow' screen - so that it matched the color that is seen elsewhere through out Aha. Then, in the various initiative or feature screens when I see Green (which we use for On Track) and when I'm using a dashboard, I'll know exactly what that Green means.
Charts in Aha! software are now easier to configure with a streamlined aesthetic — so you can visualize your data exactly the way you want. You can now sync the colors of each chart's data series with the colors used in your Aha! data — such as status, records, and tags — to ensure consistency.
For me it is bar charts, but same thing.
I want to have color for data items to remain the same color scheme I have defined, so that At risk, Completed, Blocked, etc. are consistent on the Dashboard & the existing report(s) I initially created.
I am creating reports and using the Existing Reports feature to make the dashboard.
