Set bar chart legend colors for each value

Currently, we can set the displayed color for the legend values if there is a metric for that specific value (e.g., Red / Yellow / Green). However, if the status changes and one of the values is hidden from the chart it shifts the customized colors around. This leads to manual effort of constantly maintaining the custom colors for consistency.

Ideally, the customize settings for bar charts would show each value for the field (e.g., Status), even if there aren't any items in that value. These custom colors should be persistent.

    Charts in Aha! software are now easier to configure with a streamlined aesthetic — so you can visualize your data exactly the way you want. You can now sync the colors of each chart's data series with the colors used in your Aha! data — such as status, records, and tags — to ensure consistency. Additionally, colors are not reset when new data series are introduced.
