Ability to include ideas from Aha! users in portal voting

Members of our product team regularly have ideas for new features, and some of these deserve to go through the portal process to ensure stakeholders have a chance to vote. Plus, this would allow some de-duplication of existing ideas.

Users without surname cannot be added.

In some cultures people have only first name. The Surname field is required by default and it causes problems with creation of new seat.

In input field for an idea to include a more info

if a specific field requieres more details the person entering the idea will be able to click (somewhere) and either open a pop up window with more information, a link to a specific site or a link to pdf
