Automatically subscribe users to all notifications from a Submit-Only Portal

Without this, you need to make your portal public (not ok in a lot of cases) or get the person to come in and subscribe to the ideas in a private portal. This also makes the widget in Ideas Advanced less valuable

Blocking "Out of Office" replies on Idea Public Comments

Is there a way we can block "out of office" replies from posting on Idea Public Comments? It will prevent PMs from getting useless notifications and save time for the Community Manger from having to delete them.

Pinned ideas should display Vote button and # of votes

For pinned ideas, add the Vote button and current number of votes, so users can see act/see this information without having to click into the idea. This information may inform which pinned ideas users want to click on.
