Allow Hierarchy Report to be exported to Excel or csv
Other reports like Pivot and List can be exported to Excel or csv, but the hierarchy report does not have that option. Would be useful to add it for folks who are used to viewing it in this way.

Unlikely to implement
As a product manager I'd like to be able to create reports that I can collaborate on, and edit, only with select Aha! users. I envision that this functionality would be similar to the collaboration functionality on Notebooks.
