Attachments visible on internal Idea card

I'm unable to view attachments on the internal "Idea card" when a user submits an idea with an attachment. I am able to view the attachment if I navigate to the idea portal, but that's not where I manage my ideas from.

Please show images inline when idea is created from mail

If additional the images are shown as files below the text, it is fine, but when a customer sends in a mail with a number of screenshots, it becomes almost unreadable by us, since we have to find the right images with the markers in the text.

Employees & partners should have the ability to control the idea visibility

Currently, the only way to make an employee idea visible is for an Aha! user to toggle the visibility. It would be nice if employees could mark an idea "Visible for everyone" at the time of its creation.
