Support "type ahead" for pre-defined tag field

We use a pre-defined tag field for our customer list. It's a long list and we'd like to be able to use a "type ahead" field for a better user experience.

Notebook Name should be displayed in Browser Tab

It would be good if the notbook name was displayed in the browser tab instead of a plug for Aha (we already know it's 'the new way to create.....' because we're using it). The name of the notebook would be more helpful.
