This should be available anywhere where Initiatives roll-up to other initiatives. Without this I don't see any real utility in having initiatives linked. This seems to really kill a major value proposition.

Add attachments to notebooks

As a user i would like the ability to add attachments that I have already uploaded to Aha to my notebooks - just like almost any other view. Just re-use the "add to notebook" button in the attachment viewing modal window.
