Allow Portfolio Roadmap to display releases by 'planning' and 'development'

It would be great to display release 'planning' and 'development' phases in different colors or even allow 'planning' or 'development' to be turned off. This would allow managers to better distinguish when planning or development resources would be needed on a project. This is especially helpful in portfolio view so many projects can be seen all at once and in comparison to each other.

If development kickoff was the delineation point it would be very helpful to me.

  This is a great use case for a custom roadmap. In the example below, I created a custom roadmap based on release phases, grouped by release and workspace. There is a filter at the top to select the phases to display.
