Allow "Customer Reference" number to be included as a variable in email templates
Our customers often have complex mappings of internal issues from programs to the ideas generated in our portal. allowing us to include the customer reference in update emails would simplify their ability to map statuses back to their own documents.

as an executive, I'd like to be able to easily reference goal or initiative with a short name such as G-20 or INI-15
