Create multiple features from a single work request

Often times a work request may encompass the work that needs to be split out into multiple features and we would like to be able to create multiple features before a work request is completed.

Add option of icon with number of requirements to features cards

Currently, you have to add "# requirements" to Feature cards. It is a waste of space and takes up a whole line, even if zero. It would be nice to have the option of just an icon with the count! Same value, much less space taken.
