Add Field on the Main Application Screen for PC Name

Helps the user easily identify the PC name from Fred without having to find the icon in the Taskbar to find the PC Name

It would be handy to add User Status WOIP (In planning) for SAP Type 22 Maint. Orders.

The reason is that we are sometime waiting for parts delivery to complete Kits. We are also sometime waiting on approval before to schedule.

Add 'All' option to every category filter in Ideas portal, in addition to 'Recent', 'Trending' & 'Popular'

Currently whether a user selects 'My ideas', 'My voted items' etc they can only view those that are either recent, trending or popular. They should be able to see all ideas within these categories.
