make Work Request responders available in reports of Workspace settings

I'm trying to create a report which shows who are set in the Work Request configuration to be notified for incoming Work Requests to that workspace. This field is not available in the Workspace Settings record when reporting. Please add it.

Impersonating a user

There is a lot of flexibility with the user permission settings. As an administrator it would be nice if I could impersonate a user to identify possible issues. This feature is found in other applications in the market.

Round report sums to days, weeks, etc.

Currently if you create a report which has unique records of remaining estimate (in days), if you try and sum the records it only shows the sum in minutes. Please change this so the sum can be shown in either days, weeks, or months.
