Create "Requirement Field" as new custom field type

What impact would it make?

It would allow to connect items across workspaces that belong to difference levels. In our case we can use it to determine the influence of a feature or a requirement on the requirement of another feature.

How should it work?

The same way you have Release, Epic, Feature Fields, this new custom field would allow to pick from the existing requirements.
