Bug - adding table and then a frame sometimes makes the table grid not viewable

How should it work?

Add a table

Add a frame around the table

Send the frame to the back

Refresh the page

Currently: table grid is hidden and you have to resize the frame to get the grid to show. Next time you refresh or load the page, the grid is hidden again

Expected: the grid should always display. Or the frame should stay at the back if sent there.
