Remove Requirements from custom Feature Card layout

We would like to remove "requirement" from our custom feature layout as this adds "too many layers" to the work. We want to utilize "to do" only within our workspace.

New ideas/features lists do not remember my customizations

When I go back to the ideas list I expect that it will remember the changes I made to the columns and filters. I believe it used to, but the new version of them does not.

Limit available teams on the capacity report to the active workspace(s)

Currently, when using the capacity report, teams from other workspaces are listed as filter criteria. It would make the teams dropdown quite a bit cleaner if only teams in the selected workspaces were selectable.
