Allow feature to become requirement without leaving current view
When on the feature board view, converting a feature to a requirement, I want to stay on the feature board view after I've converted the feature so I don't have to navigate back to the desired view, especially when I'm converting multiple features...

I would like at a glance to see that something has changed within My Work or a product/product line by showing a badge on the tab. This would help quickly identify changes, this should be configurable by tab/product.

Make the values from the Initiative Chart available to be added as fields to the Initiative Card/Details screen. The Effort/Value scores are visible in the Initiative Chart but not in the "Details" view.

Future consideration
Email notifications alluding to the subject of the item not just the person
Right now, email notifications are presented in a "such-and-such created a to-do", this gives you no indication of what the to do is or why it is relevant, and thus makes it hard to separate the chaff from the wheat of Aha notifications
