There should be checkbox option (for T&C )that should appear during sign up/form submission/voting/commenting. A user should not be allowed to proceed further or action on the portal without clicking on the checkbox thereby agreeing to T&C...

I’ve added customized settings for the initiative cards in the new strategic initiative workflow view. The settings keep returning to the default. The settings should be saved as part of my profile and I shouldn't have to keep entering them.

We'd like an easy way to know if users in the portal are only interacting with us by voting. Right now when a user submits an idea they are counted as a vote. I don't have an easy way in the product to understand this.

I.e. the hierarchy of notes should be creatable / more fluently from the right-click menu directly.
