Allow publishing of linked notes to KB

What is the challenge?

Currently, if I have multiple Knowledge bases and wants to include the same document in them, I have to make copies of the document, since linked documents cannot be published to a KB.

I am required to make updates in multiple places if changes were necessary.

What is the impact?

Have to make the same update in multiple locations

Describe your idea

Allow me to make updates in one location and have the document updated in both KBs
