Make Personas a mappable element
I'd like the ability to define Personas in the Persona section of Strategy, then make these elements that can be mapped to a feature or requirement. In this way I'm creating a direct relationship by user type and can shorthand the As a [ x ] I want . . .

This would be great - I've just added 6 User Personas as Components of the Vision section, but they feel a little lost in that space - they should be in their own section with the option to reference them to each of my Initiatives, Goals and Features.
They could even have their own template with library of user icons or an image picker.
