Digest of new ideas created sent to ideas portal users Merged

We have an ideas portal that we use with our internal employees and want to be able to drive more engagement with the portal. People simply don't think about it. I want to be able to sent out a "digest" type email, maybe on a weekly basis, to all users of the ideas portal to update them on new ideas that were created that week.
