Optionally push Feature comments back to promoted Idea Merged

It would be useful to be able to comment on a feature and have that comment copy down to the linked idea(s) so that product owners can manage conversation about a proposed feature in a single place. For internal portals, it would be nice to have this as a default setting so that comments sent from a PBI in Azure DevOps that post back to the linked feature can also be sent to the linked idea, facilitating a full loop of communication from the requestor to the product owner and the developers.
